Book a unit at PV2 Melati Utama

Went to visit PV2 show unit few months ago, it is the last PV project at Taman Melati according to the sale girl there, which I think it's it is quite true because I don't think there is anymore spaces left for development.

Few weeks ago the sale girl called me up said that there are unit available and asking me if I'm still interested, without any hesitation, I went and pay my one thousand deposit.

My views on PV2 project:

• The layout is good and easily make another out from the study area (good for those who plan to rent it out
• Close to Melati LRT station, TAR College, UIA, DUKE and MRR2
• Not difficult to sale or rent as you can see these area has become the home of people from middle east
• On time delivery of PV Sdn Bhd
• Sky garden at the top floor, the only condo with this concept at this area (could be a good selling point)
• Units facing southwest will get an excellent 160 degree view including KL and Batu Caves, provided you are not blocked by PV5
• More shops are opening at this area including PV7 shoplots
